RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at our eCommerce store.
Please read our Returns Policy for sale items carefully before making a purchase.
SALE ITEMS
1. All end of site sales are final - no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
2. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind
about a sale item.
3. If, however, your sale item is faulty, we will provide options in line with the
Consumers Guarantee Act.
4. Outlet/Market items are also final sale pieces. These items are heavily discounted
and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
5. All items purchased using a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be
returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
RETURNS
To initiate a return or refund for a sale item, please email albertdrivers.com with your
order number and the reason for wanting a return or refund.
Please note the following return policies:
1. Our return policy lasts for 30 days. All returns must be made within 30 days to
be eligible for a refund or credit note.
2. All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. We will
not be responsible for parcels sent without approval, to incorrect addresses, or
without tracking details.
3. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty. Minor
problems may not qualify for a replacement or refund, but we may offer to repair the
product at our cost.
4. Items on the market page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you no longer want the item, you will
need to follow the normal returns procedure.
6. Pre-sale items are also unable to be canceled. Please check the shipping
timeframes on the product listing before purchasing if you need to receive an item
within a certain time.
7. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it, with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
8. We kindly request that all returned items are in their original condition, with no
signs of wear, including deodorant, hair/animal hair, and/or makeup marks. Items
that do not meet this requirement may be refused and returned to the customer at
the customer's cost, with no refund processed.
9. All returns and refunds are shipped at the expense of the customer. However, if
your item was faulty and you qualify for a refund, we will reimburse your return
shipping costs.
10. Returns need to be approved before being sent back. Once approved, returns
must be returned within 7 days. Returns posted after 7 days may be returned back
to you.
11. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of tracking so we can
track the return.
12. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping
service to ensure that your return reaches us.
13. Original shipping costs are not refunded as they are the original cost to get the
item sent to you.
14. Returns may take our team up to 3 business days to process once they arrive at
our warehouse. Please check your tracking number to confirm when it arrived. The
refund or exchange process is automatic once the inbound parcel is processed by
our team.
REFUNDS
- Please note that local post services can take 5-7 business days to return your
parcel, and international returns may take longer.
- Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund,
exchange, or store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for
the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank
account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven't received
your refund, please contact us.
- Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they
are faulty. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on sale items. All discounted sales are
final.
